Oh My

I love odd history facts. If you’ve read any of my posts then this won’t surprise you, but I figured I go ahead and state the obvious. Fact is way better than fiction. So I’ve compiled a few of my favorite history quirks for your viewing pleasure. And because I’m a bit of an Anglophile, they’re all British. Enjoy.

Oh my, indeed! I’m still picking pieces of my jaw off the floor. Loved this post!

I think my favorite one is the speeding ticket.

I’d love to have a pic of that ton of cheese. That’s a lot of nachos!

    Those poor geese!

And the corpse is SO GROSS!

It’s amazing the things we don’t know about history. Then when we do find out it can change our whole perspective.

Just the title got me! I agree with Karla, the corpse is gross.
8 mph in a 2 mph zone, why that is just outrageous! 😉 Good
thing we’re not able to go four times the speed limit these
days. I am also wondering how long it took Queen Victoria
and her fam to eat all that cheese!

I love cheese, but I think a wheel would be too big for even me. Queen Victoria had a large family, no wait, they weren’t born yet. Well, I’m sure she had lots of servants to help gobble it down.
